Customer owns the business process and approved extensions. SAP owns the managed platform SLA. The hyperscaler owns the landing zone under the customer subscription, or under the RISE contract topology.
- Inventory custom code, classify it, and stage approval in parallel with the landing-zone build
- Agree the network topology before Azure sizing
- Replace host agents with FILE plus middleware, or DRF to CPI
